Procurement Division

The procurement team is headed by a Legal Officer, Simon Watson, who is the Head of Procurement, and it sits within the Civil Division and assists Departments in the carrying out of procurement processes in accordance with Treasury Financial Regulations.

The procurement team works with Departments to agree their tender plans on a yearly basis. These tender plans will be subject to amendment during the course of a year as circumstances change.
