Notes: This data set captures all planning applications where the decision has been subject to an appeal OR the application was made by or on behalf of the Department (or is one in which the Department is deemed to have a vested interest). Department planning applications are determined by COMIN and administered alongside planning appeals.
The data captures the planning application reference, the site address, the proposal, the planning decision, the date that decision was issued and who it was made by. Also, the date an appeal was lodged, when the appeal was determined and what the appeal decision was.
The data has been captured within the timeframe of a calendar year and by the date the appeal decision was issued.
