Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 881/2002 has been amended with effect from 12 November 2019 2019, following the publication of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 2019/1883 (“the Amending Regulation”). The Amending Regulation reflects the decisions made on 5 November 2019 by the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) Committee established pursuant to Resolutions 1267 (1999), 1989 (2011) and 2253 (2015) to remove 1 individual from the UN ISIL (Da’esh) and Al-Qaida Organisations list.
The following entry has been removed from the UK’s Consolidated List and is no longer subject to an asset freeze.
