The Project Delivery team is responsible for the operation of all capital and revenue highway reconstruction and improvement projects including the following capital projects:

Strategic Highway Maintenance
Strategic Structural Maintenance
Town and Village Regeneration
Climate Change

The team is responsible for:

Procurement
Project Management
Contract Management
Cost Management

The team comprises 11 staff including qualified civil and structural engineers. All contracts are managed using the latest version of NEC suite of Contract Documents and all staff hold NEC qualifications including:

NEC accredited Supervisor
NEC accredited Project Manager
