Who Are We?
The Highway Services Division is one of seven divisions within the Department of Infrastructure.
Its primary role is to manage, develop and maintain the highway network on the Island, from major strategic routes including the TT Course, to Public Rights of Way and Green Lanes. It carries out a range of activities from legislating and implementing highway orders, through routine maintenance work to undertaking major highway reconstruction schemes. It has an emergency response capability, available 24 hours a day 365 days a year, and retains a skilled workforce capable of responding to most emergency situations.
It operates two quarries.
