Proposed Developments in UK Waters Which May Impact on Isle of Man

Within the area of the Irish Sea outside of Manx Territorial Waters there are a number of proposals for developments which potentially have an impact on the Isle of Man.

The Crown Estate, Round 4

Preliminary Environmental Impact Reports (PEIR)

As part of the requirements for pre-application consultation, applicants for the Round 4 sites are required to undertake consultation on the Preliminary Environmental Impact Reports (PEIR) which presents early findings as part of the Environmental Impact Assessment.
