Finance and Governance Division

The Division provides high level financial advice and budgetary support to all Divisions of the Department including fee and charge setting and capital budget control. It has responsibility for ensuring the Department's compliance with areas such as Financial Regulations, Data Protection, Freedom of Information etc, and Waste Management deals with areas including amenity sites (those under Government control), the Animal Waste Plant, the Energy from Waste Plant and the Hazardous Waste Transfer function.
