Dan Davies has worked in the Isle of Man Public Service for over ten years. Previously as Director of Change and Reform in the Cabinet Office, he has worked on a series of high profile transformation projects. He led the development of the Criminal Justice Strategy in 2012 and is passionate about using technology to provide better services.

Sam McCauley has worked in the public service for over ten years and joined the Department for Home Affairs in June 2021.

Prior to this Sam was Head of External Relations in the Cabinet Office where she was responsible for providing support, information, and advice to the Chief Secretary, Chief Minister and the Council of Ministers in relation to constitutional, political, and cross-government policy issues.

Sam began her career with the Isle of Man Government in 2011 as Policy and Legislation Manager for the Department of Social Care, before moving to become Head of Policy and Legislation for the newly formed Department of Health and Social Care. In this role Sam had responsibility for policy development and delivering the Department's legislative programme.

Before returning to the Island Sam was Public Affairs Advisor for the Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment. Prior to this she spent three years working as Parliamentary Advisor for Rt. Hon Yvette Cooper MP during her time as both Cabinet Minister for Housing and then Chief Secretary to the Treasury.
