Dan Davies has worked in the Isle of Man Public Service for over ten years. Previously as Director of Change and Reform in the Cabinet Office, he has worked on a series of high profile transformation projects. He led the development of the Criminal Justice Strategy in 2012 and is passionate about using technology to provide better services.

Clair Barks has worked in the public service for over 18 years and joined the Department of Home Affairs in March 2023.
Clair began her career with the Isle of Man Government in 2004, fulfilling various roles within the health and care system before moving to the Cabinet Office in 2016 where she had responsibility for elections, policy and legislation, the Island's engagement with external governments and organisations as well as providing support and advice to various Ministers and senior officers.
Having acted as Sir Jonathan Michael's primary adviser and led the support during his independent review of the Island's health and care system in 2019, Clair established and led the Health and Care Transformation Programme to deliver the review's recommendations. This work included restructuring the health and care system as well as delivering significant enablers and a framework for service change in order to create a sustainable future.
