Legislation Implementation Plans

The Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) is responsible for the delivery and implementation of the following Acts:

• Adoption Act Implementation Plan 2023 (version 2 - issue date November 2023)
• Capacity Act (Part 1) Implementation Plan (drafted, issued in due course)

Implementation of these Acts is ongoing and further updates will be provided upon completion of each stage and can be located within the additional information sections or commentary fields of the appendices.
