We cannot consider complaints about health and social care services provided by Manx Care or a Service Provider under the DHSC complaints procedure.
Manx Care
If you wish to complain about any health and social care service delivered by Manx Care, or a Service Provider on behalf of Manx Care, a complaint must be sent to those providers first.
If you would like any assistance or guidance on how to make a complaint the Manx Care Advice and Liaison Service (MCALS) will be able to assist you.
Health and Social Care Ombudsman Body (HSCOB)
The HSCOB is a statutory service for complaints that have not been resolved by Manx Care or a Service Provider. The HSCOB, where it handles a complaint and which is upheld, will share findings from their investigations to improve health and social care services provided on the Isle of Man.
