Consultations
The Department will undertake consultations from time to time in order to inform policy development and meet its statutory requirements under Section 83 of the Fisheries Act 2012. Before launching a consultation, the Department may establish a ‘working group’ in order to inform the consultation and develop proposals for wider consideration.
