Laurence Skelly was elected to the House of Keys as a Member for Rushen following the 2011 general election. He was appointed Minister for Enterprise in July 2014.
Previously he was Minister for the Department of Infrastructure, Chairman of the Planning Committee from 2013-14 and a Member of the Department of Community Culture and Leisure from 2011-13 with responsibility for community, culture and the Arts.
Laurence was raised and educated in the Isle of Man. He is married with two children. He lived in America for a number of years undertaking a successful career in business and is a past-president of the North American Manx Association. Prior to becoming a Member of the House of Keys, Laurence worked in travel and tourism, wholesale and event management. In his spare time he enjoys travel, walking, golf and the Arts.
Daphne Caine MHK

Daphne Caine was elected to the House of Keys as a Member for Garff following the 2016 General Election and was appointed as a Member of the Department for Enterprise in October 2016 with responsibilities for E-Business, Creative Industries and the BioMedical Sector.
Mrs Caine is married with two children and has previously worked at Isle of Man Newspapers (1989-1996) and also within the Isle of Man Civil Service (1996-2016). Her interests are theatre, travel, Manx history and heritage, reading and current affairs.
Rob Callister MHK

Mr Callister is a member of the Department for Enterprise and is responsible for Tourism, Motorsport and the Villa Marina & Gaiety Theatre as well as Retail, Hospitality and Construction. He is also a Department Representative on the Board of Manx National Heritage. He is a Member of the House of Keys for Onchan, having been elected in the September 2016 general election.
Mr Callister was born on the Isle of Man and has worked within the Island's finance industry for over 17 years. He has also worked within the Onchan District Commissioners (2012-2016). He also has interests in travelling, politics, DIY, walking, snooker, pool, and supporting local and international shows at the Villa Marina & Gaiety Theatre.
Tim Crookall MLC

Tim Crookall has been a Member of the Legislative Council since June 2015 and was appointed as a Member of the Department for Enterprise with responsibilities for Employment and Skills, including Work Permits following the 2016 General Election. He had previously been Minister for Community, Culture and Leisure (2011-2012) and Minister for Education and Children (2012-2016).
Mr Crookall is married with four children and has worked within the Army and the Police, as well as the Isle of Man Post Office, a Nursing Assistant and as a Residential Care Worker. He was awarded the Queen's Golden Jubilee Medal in 2002 and the Queen's Diamond Jubilee Medal in 2012. Mr Crookall has interests in family, sport and DIY.
Lawrie Hooper MHK

Lawrie Hooper was elected to the House of Keys for Ramsey following the 2016 General Election and was appointed as a Member of the Department for Enterprise with responsibility for Aerospace, Manufacturing, Business Development, Clean Tech, Mines and Minerals and Properties. Mr Hooper is also a Member of the Department for Education, Sport and Culture with responsibility for shared services.
Mr Hooper attended Ramsey Grammar School, and is trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant. His interests include books and current affairs.
Martyn Perkins MHK

Martyn Perkins is a Member of the Department for Enterprise with responsibility for Financial and Professional Services, the Space Sector, High Net Worth Individuals, Aircraft Registry, Ship Registry and Central Registry. He is a Member of the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture with responsibility for Environment, Safety and Health and supports the Minister in delivering the Food Matters strategy. He chairs the Office of Fair Trading.
Mr Perkins is married with twin children and is a life member of Manx National Heritage as well as a member of Laxey and Lonan Heritage Trust.
