Book a Public Record Office event

If you contact us to book an event, we will collect your name, contact details (telephone, e-mail or postal address as provided by you) and any disability information you provide us with, where required to assist you during your visit.

We will process this data to enable us to arrange your booking and visit to the Record Office or other outreach venue.

Only PRO team members and senior managers will have access to this information, and only when they are required to do so; we will keep the information you provide securely for 2 years after the year of the event.
