PersonalPoints™ is Weight Watcher’s (WW) most individualised programme yet: no two plans are the same! Your plan will be designed specifically for you, to hit your personal weight-loss goals - all while eating the foods you love and living the way you want.

The WW PersonalPoints is not only proven for weight loss, it is also shown to:

Every week in your workshop, different topics are discussed, ideas and practical solutions shared on how to build healthy habits and manage your weight.

You will have individual, confidential support at your weekly wellness check-in to help you achieve your goals.  In addition, you’ll have access to all the digital and mobile app tools for 16 weeks. 

This digital support includes a personalised assessment when you join, food and activity tracking, thousands of foods, and recipes to inspire you, fun ways to get active and ways to take care of yourself and de-stress.

To qualify for this FREE 12 week programme you need to:

  • be over 18 years
  • be resident on the Isle of Man
  • have a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 30+ / or 28+ for BME groups
  • not currently pregnant
  • not previously attended self-funded sessions or referred by your GP in the last 6 months

Once you have received your reference number to attend a local workshops you will need to sign up to unlimited workshop and digital.
