Appeal against the approval of application for the de-registration of Lorne House (12/00269/REGBLD) in accordance with 7(1)(a) of the (Registered Buildings) Regulations 2013.

With regard to the above planning application/appeal the Attorney General’s Chambers was instructed by the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture to prepare a witness statement (please see Paragraph 4 of the Attorney General’s Chambers letter to the Cabinet Office dated 15 March 2017).
