‘Have Your Say’ Employee Survey 2017

In February and March 2014, Isle of Man Government carried out an employee engagement survey for all staff called ‘Have Your Say’. All Government employees were invited to complete the survey.

The survey was repeated in November 2015 and the high level corporate results are available here.

Monday 2 October 2017 sees the start of the third ‘Have Your Say’ Employee Survey.  This is an important opportunity for our people to tell us how they feel about the work they carry out to serve the public, how they work with others within Government, what learning and development they need to help them deliver services efficiently and effectively, as well as about their wellbeing. The feedback will be used to help Government make improvements that will support employees in delivering services to the public.

Once the survey is completed the initial high level corporate results will be published.
