‘Have Your Say’ Employee Survey 2017
In February and March 2014, Isle of Man Government carried out the first employee engagement survey for all staff called 'Have Your Say'. All Government employees were invited to complete the survey.
The survey was repeated in November 2015 and also October 2017 and the high level corporate results are available in the Summary Report.
The Isle of Man Government 'Have Your Say' Employee Survey is an important opportunity for our people to tell us how they feel about the work they carry out to serve the public, how they work with others within Government, what learning and development they need to help them deliver services efficiently and effectively, as well as about their wellbeing. The feedback will be used to help Government make improvements that will support employees in delivering services to the public.
