Welcome to Learning, Education and Development (LEaD).

LEaD design and deliver learning, education and development services that are aligned to priorities across the Isle of Man Government to ultimately help us all work together for the Isle of Man.

We are committed to our purpose which is to: "understand, identify and deliver sustainable learning to support the Isle of Man Government priorities across all areas contributing to a sustainable educated, well trained and motivated workforce."

To achieve this, we work to reduce silos and improve efficiency through our team of trainers, lecturers and organisational development officers supporting a variety of qualifications such: as MSc degrees, Institute of Leadership and Management Certificate (ILM) qualifications from level 3 to level 7 and Qualification Credit Framework (QCF) awards from level 2 to level 5, as well as generic/bespoke training to meet the needs of the public service and support of many organisational change initiatives including vision and values.

Our vision is to Inspire, Motivate and Develop public servants and this website contains a wide selection of activities that will do just that- be sure to look out for the new courses that are now available and are updated regularly.
