Use this service to notify multiple Government Agencies of a change of address.

Using this service does not guarantee that the Government Agencies have accepted or processed your change.

Government Agencies may require additional forms and identification to be supplied before they can initiate the change. Some of these forms can be printed by following the links provided at the end of this process.

Using this Service

The service is simple to use:

• Enter contact details
• Enter the addresses you are moving from and to
• Select the Government Agencies you wish to inform
• Receive confirmation

Each person in the household must notify us on an individual basis.
