The grasslands of Argentina reach into the chill latitudes of Patagonia, where guanacos graze the sparse vegetation. Rodents abound, many species being unique to South America, and waterfowl and waders can be found in the rivers and lagoons.

In our Pampas area, you will see Humboldt penguins, guanaco, mara, rhea, Chilean flamingos, coscoroba swans and other waterfowl.
