Application Forms
The Application Form is only a summary sheet, and in all cases must be accompanied by your C.V.
The Application Form requires you to provide information on your Work Permit status. Guidance on this is contained within the Work Permits page.You are also required to give your National Insurance number. If you are unsure what your National Insurance number is, you should call the DHSS Contributions Section on 685177.
The application form requires you to declare information about criminal offences. Please refer to the guidance about the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 2001 before completing this section.

Unfortunately it is not currently possible to submit your application on-line.
All applications are acknowledged. If you do not receive an acknowledgement to your application within five working days, please contact us on Tel: 01624 695943.
The shortlisting process is usually completed within two weeks of the closing date, following which shortlisted candidates are invited for interview and the remaining applicants notified that they have been unsuccessful. Following interviews the successful candidate(s) are issued with a formal offer, which may be subject to any outstanding pre-appointment checks, such as health screening, references and checking qualifications. Candidates unsuccessful at interview are encouraged to contact the panel chair to obtain constructive feedback on their interview performance. Candidates with Disabilities Candidates with Disabilities Prospective applicants with disabilities should notify the Personnel Office if they need assistance in the recruitment and selection process. This includes any special arrangements that may be required to enable you to attend for interview, or for you to be sent information packs etc. in large or bold type.
