The Crystal Project is the team name for the major Captial improvements planned for Douglas.

Work is progressing at a pace at the latest capital project for the Isle of Man Water Authority. Branded the Crystal Project it unites the Water Authority and its main contractor, Earth Tech Engineering Limited and Lagan Construction (IoM) Limited.
