Conferences and Meetings
The Villa Marina and Gaiety Theatre is an ideal venue for corporate and association conferences, meetings, exhibitions, training, seminars and corporate hospitality. The size, versatility and grandeur of the Royal Hall, coupled with the new self-contained function rooms, bring a new dimension to the facilities the Island can offer visiting conferences. Both the venue and its event management team can meet the diverse needs of conference organisers.
The Royal Hall has seating for 450 in the circle, 464 in the tiered stalls and up to 600 on the dance floor (depending on the seating layout), making it the largest auditorium in the Isle of Man.
The Colonnade Suite has a capacity for 140 people (100 dining). It has spectacular views of Douglas Bay and opens out onto the raised Colonnade Terrace. Downstairs is the Promenade Suite, the larger of the two new function rooms, which can be divided down to create the Loch, Harris and Queen's meeting rooms. When used as a single room it can seat 180 in theatre style or cater for 150 dining.
