How to Book
There are 5 simple ways to book tickets in advance for the Gaiety Theatre, Villa Marina and Broadway Cinema.
1. On-Line - Follow the links at www.villagaiety.com and pay by credit or debit card. On-line tickets available up to one week prior to show and subject to availability. Please note, Broadway Cinema tickets are not available online.
2. In person - Call at the Welcome Centre situated at the Sea Terminal at the end of the Promenade in Douglas. Parking is easy and friendly staff will help you purchase tickets. Open for ticket sales from 9.00am to 6pm Monday to Saturday or Villa Marina Reception Monday to Sunday from 10.00am.
3. Telephone Booking on 01624 600555 - Phone us and pay by credit card or debit card. Please allow at least 4 working days if you need your tickets posted to you.

Wheelchairs and customers with mobility difficulties
Please be sure to tell our staff if you require a wheelchair space, we have spaces available in the Royal Hall, the Gaiety Theatre and the Broadway Cinema.
Drop off and collection from the front entrance of the Villa Marina is allowed for customers with mobility difficulties. Please contact the Duty Manager at the Villa Marina on 01624 694500 to make arrangements so that gate staff are suitably informed.
Restricted Viewing
Certain seats in both the Villa Marina Royal Hall and Gaiety Theatre may have a restricted view of the stage for some shows. Please check with the box office when making your booking.

Smoking
The Villa Marina and Gaiety Theatre is a no smoking venue.
Strobe lighting and special effects
Strobe lighting, theatrical smoke and pyrotechnics may be used in some shows please check with the Box Office.
Conditions of Sale
The Complex is unable to exchange or refund tickets. Please check your tickets carefully at time of purchase and inform the Box Office of any errors straight away.
Car Parking
The Villa Marina and Gaiety Theatre does not have any on-site customer parking, but drivers may use the Colonnade lay-by on Harris Promenade to drop off and pick up their passengers.
There are six parking spaces for disabled badge holders who are using the Villa Marina. These are situated adjacent to the Villa Marina, accessible via the Broadway entrance and are available on a first come first served basis.
The nearest public car park to the complex is located on Chester Street.
