In early 2003, it was agreed at COG and CoMIN that ISD’s responsibility is to provide strategic IT thought leadership for the Isle of Man Government. In consequence, ISD developed and are proceeding with a broad technology upgrade programme. It is expected that this will provide a high availability, resilient, converged IT base for a broader business change programme.
