Tax Strategy

The Tax Strategy was approved by Tynwald in October 2000. Further changes were made in the 2002 Budget to deliver that Strategy. Details can be found in our Business Plan and further information will be issued as the Strategy evolves.

Some modifications were made to the Tax Strategy in October 2002 these are outlined in Modifications to Taxation Strategy, which is available from the bottom of the page.

In June 2003 the Isle of Man reaffirmed its national taxation strategy and the Treasury drafted a Response to the EU Tax Package (download as PDF).
