Which forms should I use?

A form T9 must be completed in each case where benefits are provided to employees. There are two options available for an employer or tax practitioner when a benefit in kind form is required to be completed:

  • manually complete a paper form T9, or
  • complete an online T9, if enrolled for online tax employer services (further information about enrolling is available at "about online tax services")

If the employer wishes to complete a paper version of the form T9, a copy can be accessed here and printed off for completion.
