Advice is therefore on hand at all levels for the enquirer. For more information please go to our planning advice page. Also, if you wish to know more about making a planning application, go to our Making an Application page.
The Island is divided into 17 Parishes (Douglas Town is part of the Onchan Parish) and the Division has 5 Development Control Officers (aka Planning Officers) each covering specific areas of the Island. Further details of these Officers, and a map showing their areas of responsibility is available in the Contacts page.
