Welcome to the Isle of Man Department of Infrastructure

Following the Government Restructure of April 2010 there are two additional Divisions within the Department of Infrastructure. These are detailed below:-

Properties Division

The DoT Properties and DLGE Estates are now merged into the DOI Properties Division. This Division has responsibility for managing, maintaining and developing the Department’s properties to meet user requirements.

This Division has three sections:

• Estates Management (including Car Parks and Tynwald Day Stalls)
• Maintenance
• Off Street Parking

Management Services Division

This Division provides strategic leadership of the Department and support to the Minister through the Office of the Chief Executive.

This Division has seven sections:

• Financial Management
• HR and Corporate Services
• Health and Safety (formally DLGE)
• Local Government Unit & Legislation (formally DLGE)
• Strategic Planning and Governance
