Up until mid-January 2006, housholders in possession of the necessary permit could recycle cardboard at the Eastern Civic Amenity (CA) Site. However, the Eastern CA Site Committee, which is responsible for the running of the site, has now advised that it has stopped cardboard recycling, due to cost.
