Enforcement Notices
The Department of Infrastructure, Health and Safety at Work Inspectorate, is the guardian of several Registers as part of its commitment to maintain electronic records of its actions and functions.
These Registers detail enforcement action from serving notices through to prosecutions.
Below are Registers of all Improvement and Prohibition Notices issued by the Health and Safety at Work Inspectorate since 1 January 2000. These are split into Notices before 2007 and after 2007 to make the information easier to read.
