easyJet launches Isle of Man to London Gatwick route - Airport Press Release

easyJet, UK’s largest airline, has today announced that it will begin operating a year-round service to London Gatwick from the Isle of Man this autumn.

Flights on the new route will go on sale on Monday 23 April, with fares starting from just £22.99 (one-way, including taxes). The inaugural flight will depart from the Isle of Man Airport on 1 October 2012.

The route will operate six times a week, providing easy and affordable travel to the London base for both business and leisure travellers alike.

Passengers will have access to 97 onward destinations available from London Gatwick, including the Greek Islands, Egypt and many of Europe’s most beautiful cities.

easyJet already operates daily flights from the Isle of Man to Liverpool John Lennon Airport, with the frequency on these flights recently increased to cope with the huge demand for travel to and from the island during the TT Festival in May. The additional frequency will continue into the winter.
