Minister for Tourism and Leisure Minister of the Department, Adrian Earnshaw was appointed to the position in December 2006 following the previous months General Election. He is a member of the House of Keys for the constituency of Onchan, having been initially elected in 2001 and has served Government in three major Departments including the Treasury in the intervening period. Adrian is a Manxman who, prior to joining the Islands political scene, spent a thirty-three year career in banking with the Isle of Man Bank Ltd. His relaxation interests include Walking & Motor-cycling. |

Department Political Member Quintin Gill is a political member for the Department of Tourism & Leisure. Following service in the Royal Navy and Social Work, he has represented Rushen in the House of Keys since the November 2001 General Election. He previously served in the Education and Home Affairs Departments and currently serves in Tourism and Leisure and the Trade & Industry Departments as well as being Chairman of the Office of Fair Trading. In the Department of Tourism and Leisure Quintin has delegated responsibility for Sports and Events. Quintin lives in Port St Mary with his wife and three teenage daughters, and his interests include walking, British naval history and Manx dancing. He is a keen supporter of the TT and the world’s greatest football club - Everton |

Department Political Member Geoff Corkish is a political member of the Department of Tourism and Leisure. New to Island politics Geoff will chair the Arts Council in addition to his responsibility for the Curraghs Wild Life Park, Conference and Cruise business and the Villa Marina and Gaiety Theatre complex. Geoff has enjoyed a 38 year career with The Isle of Man Steam Packet Company culminating in his senior management role as their Communications Manager. Geoff lists music, travel, Island life and the arts among his interests. |
![]() | Carol Glover Chief Executive Carol Glover is the Chief Executive Officer of the Department of Tourism and Leisure. Carol joined the Department in June 2004, following a senior management career in the private sector. Carol is Manx born and bred, attended Douglas High School, gained a Business Studies Degree and then joined Littlewoods. From there, Carol held management positions at Halfords, Boots and Shoprite before joining Isle of Man Government. Carol enjoys travel, sport, music, arts, antiques, walking and mountain biking. |

Director of Tourism for the Isle of Man, Geoff has extensive senior marketing management experience in the private sector working for British Airways, Horizon Holidays and Thomson Holidays. The key aspect of the role is the strategic direction for the visitor economy of the Isle of Man ensuring that the industry maximises the opportunities being presented by activity such as the new "Freedom to Flourish" concept. |

Senior Business Development Manager Annie's role is to develop and manage, a range of business services, schemes and initiatives supporting delivery of the Department’s business objectives relating to economic activity. Lead responsibility for the development, promotion, management and monitoring of all Tourism related financial support and assistance schemes. |
