Mann Cat Sanctuary
Spend an afternoon in the company of the Isle of Man’s feline friends, with a visit to the Mann Cat Sanctuary in Santon.
Overview
A registered charity, the Mann Cat Sanctuary was founded in April 1966 as a haven for rescued animals with a particular emphasis on cats and kittens.
The sanctuary takes in unwanted felines for rehabilitation and rehoming and also provides a safe haven for elderly, disabled or disturbed cats where they can see out the rest of their lives.
Visitors to the sanctuary will find a peaceful, countryside environment where the animals are free to roam as they please, with many happy to stop and compete for your attention!
The Mann Cat Sanctuary is likely to be a hit with animal lovers as on site you’ll also find many other farm animals including goats, ponies, rabbits, guinea pigs, ducks and geese. There's also a gift shop which sells a range of handmade items.
