| Re-opened in 2005 following a £250,000 refurbishment the Camera Obscura offers visitors an incredible view of the Island. Located on Douglas Head just below Manx Radio this Victorian curiosity provides a view of the harbour, bay, lighthouse and horizon. Unlike other camera obscuras which only have one lens, the Isle of Man version was built with 12 lenses, each highlighting a segment of a 360 degree view. | |
