How To Book

You can book any activity in the dry site facility by telephoning 01624 688588, or call in person at NSC Reception up to seven days in advance. Please remember to quote your resident discount card number at all times to obtain preferential rates of use. Click here for terms and conditions of standard bookings.

Recognised clubs and associations may request block bookings, however these are subject to facility availability. For more information, contact the Duty Officer on 01624 688588. Click here for the conditions of hire for block bookings.

Terms and Conditions

Please help us to keep our bookings system customer friendly by following these guidelines:

• Always quote your NSC resident discount card number to guarantee your preferential booking rate; bookings without the production of a valid card will be charged at standard rate
• If cancelling a standard booking please give at least 24 hours notice
• Constant “no shows” may result in the privilege of pre booking being withdrawn for that particular user
