Our Service Standards - What you can expect from us:

When you leave your son / daughter at one of our sports schemes, you can be assured that everything we do is centred around the safety and enjoyment of their experience. Our coaches will endeavour to provide them with a positive learning experience, a fun and enjoyable day and of course motivate them into wanting to continue playing sport.

Getting involved in any sporting activity on a regular basis is essential for any young person. With this in mind, you can be assured that during the next 12 months we will have in place the following:

Coaches Code of Conduct

  1. Always show respect for the children you are working with
  2. Promote fair play at all times
  3. Promote sport for the enjoyment, not just for the winning
  4. NEVER use or tolerate foul and abusive language
  5. Be punctual - always arrive a mininmum of 30 minutes before start of the session and always remain until the last child has been collected.
  6. Always wear appropriate clothing - MSR merchandise where applicable
  7. The safety of the children is paramount, more important than the development of skills or performance
  8. Always ensure that the activities are within the capabilities of those who are taking part - do not set unrealistic goals
  9. Coaches must consistently display high standards of behaviour, appearance and puctuality
