ADULT SOCIAL CARE

Our aim is to help adults with disabilities and older people to live in their own homes as independently as possible for as long as possible. We offer support, advice and guidance both at home and in hospital. We assess individual care needs and, if necessary, arrange care packages.

If remaining at home is no longer possible, we can help with the move to sheltered accommodation, residential care or nursing care.
