VOUCHERS FOR GLASSES COSTS

Under the vouchers scheme, help may be available for glasses.

Those persons eligible for a full voucher are -

• children under 16
• full-time students under 19
• persons in receipt of Family Income Supplement, Income Support, Disability Working Allowance or Income-based Jobseeker's Allowance and their dependants
• war pensioners
• registered blind persons
• persons considered by the Department to be on a low income (will need to complete an F1 form).
