Public Sector Pensions Authority
The Council of Ministers is seeking to appoint a lay member as Chair to the Public Sector Pensions Authority. The closing date for applications is 11:59pm on Friday 10 May 2024.
This is an opportunity to Chair a Board which directly advises the Council of Ministers on pensions policy. If you are successful you will help shape what the Isle of Man Government offers to its public servants. People and services are at the heart of this role, which involves facilitating close co-operation between politicians and staff representatives to develop future pensions policy.

The Treasury is seeking to appoint a specialist adviser to support the Treasury Minister and members with the discharge of duties and implementation of its strategies.
The successful candidate will need to have a thorough understanding of the operating model and processes for Government in addition to a broad commercial and financial background to allow the breadth of advice required for this role.
There are two distinct Committees that the Expert Advisors would become a member of and will need to demonstrate an understanding of both. These committees provide oversight of Government’s capital and investment programmes, providing advice on broad risks and tactical responses.
