'To Pay Labels' or 'Postage Dues', as they were formerly known, are the official means of indicating the amount of surcharge payable on underpaid postal items. These were first recorded in the French postal service in 1858 but it was not until 1914 that Britain introduced the scheme. This issue is the third set by the Isle of Man Post Office since it became an independent Postal Authority in 1973

* Please note that due to operational changes these 'To Pay' items were withdrawn from sale on Monday 5th January 2009
