14. Trainee Accountants

Trainee Accountants are required to follow the Chartered Institute of Public Finance (CIPFA) or the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA). Full details regarding the arrangements for the pay and recruitment of Trainee Accountants are listed in Annex C4.
