The Personnel Office Complaints Procedure
Should you feel dissatisfied with the service given, or a decision made by a member of the The Personnel Office Staff, there is a complaints procedure in place. Acopy of this procedure is available by clicking the link below.
All valid complaints will be investigated by a senior officer as quickly as possible and treated in confidence. You will be advised of the outcome officer in writing.
