A representative of – Douglas Corporation and the Isle of Man Municipal Association

Chief Secretary (or a representative nominated by the Chief Secretary)
Chief Financial Officer (or a representative nominated by the Chief Financial Officer)

7 Government Department representatives appointed by the T&GWU to include a craftsman
2 Government Department or Local Authority representatives to include a craftsman
1 representative appointed by the workforce of Douglas Corporation and other Local Authorities

The employees' side shall nominate a person to be its Chairman who shall also be Vice-Chairman of the Council
