Memorandum of Agreement

The Employers' and Employees' Sides of the Whitley Council have agreed the updated version of their Memorandum of Agreement.

The Memorandum of Agreement incorporates all amending OS circulars to 11th October 1984 and subsequent revisions thereto are referenced by the date of amendment. All future agreements reached by the Council will hereafter be included and referenced by the date of the amendment.
