The Chief Officer’s Division undertakes a wide range of functions in respect of The Personnel Office including:

1. provision of leadership and strategic direction for the Office
2. management of the policy and service delivery planning processes
3. management and review of legislation (primary and secondary) applicable to the work of the Office
4. financial management including the coordination of estimates submissions and the allocation of available funding to meet key objectives
5. compilation and dissemination of management information and the evaluation of service delivery and financial performance
6. provision of corporate services including matters relating to corporate governance and sustainability
7. data management and the handling of subject access requests under the provisions of the Data Protection Act 2002
8. maintenance and updating of information and communications technology
9. provision of central administrative and secretarial services
10. management of premises occupied by the Office
