Age Restricted Sales

The Office is responsible for ensuring that the law on the sale of age restricted goods is enforced. Age restricted goods are those which must not be sold to people under certain ages for reasons of safety and health. A range of goods are covered by these age restrictions:-

In order to assist retailers identify the age of young people wishing to buy age restricted goods, Isle of Man Government has introduced an 18+ Proof of Age Card.
