The Isle of Man Office of Fair Trading is committed to operating in an open and transparent way.

The Consumer Advice Service Charter contains information on the work of Consumer Advisers and the standards of service consumers can expect to receive. The Enforcement Policy sets out the Office's commitment to ensuring businesses meet their statutory obligations in respect of legislation for which the Office is responsible.
