Upper Ballaharry

The Lance Ussher Memorial Reserve at Ballaharry is another significant inland landholding, gifted to Manx National Heritage. For visitors to the Island and local people it holds a strategic position on public footpath routes to the eastern slopes of Greeba Mountain and Slieau Ruy. The views to the south and east from this land are quite beautiful, and include an otherwise unobtainable view of Keeill Vreeshey, one of the best preserved Early Christian Chapel sites on the Island, and the ruined farm of Upper Ballaharry.
