Located on the Southern most tip of the Isle of Man, the Sound Visitor Centre offers panoramic views of the surrounding coastline and the Calf of Man.

- Watch the currents racing through the Sound.

- Enjoy the coastal footpaths leading to Port Erin, Spanish Head, Cregneash and the Chasms.
Information for Disabled Visitors: The Café has its own car park with two disabled parking spaces. The car park surface is matted gravel. A convenient drop off point is located by the entrance ramp. The main doors pull towards you and are heavy so wheelchair users may benefit from assistance. There is a ramp to access the café. Wheelchair accessible toilet facilities available. Menus can be made available in large print. Staff do not receive disability awareness training. Registered assistance dogs are welcomed. How to get there:
- By foot and road: situated on the A31 Sound Road and accessed via the coastal footpath from the Chasms, Cregneash and Port Erin.
- By bus: 1 – services commence from Port Erin Bus Station.
- Victorian Steam Railway: disemark at Port Erin and take the bus or walk using the footpaths detailed above.
- Parking: car park available with blue badge parking.
Visitor Information: Open from November to Easter open 11.00 am to 4.00 pm Monday to Friday, and 10.00 am to 5.00 pm Saturday and Sunday. Closed Monday 24th December to Wednesday 26th December inclusive.
